Condolence: I am sorry to hear of the passing of Shirley Dukette. I offer my sincere sympathies to her son Scott and family. I have fond memories of our many visits and rides together. I pray for the good Lords comfort and peace for all her surviving family. I also pray that we all become closer to God as we consider the temporary nature of our human life here.
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal. (II Corinthians 4:16-18) May we all be comforted and look forward to being reunited someday with loved ones who have passed.
