Condolence From: Joseph Kimpflen
Condolence: My wife and I delivered Meals on Wheels to Mr. Lapier on Fridays for the past year. I looked forward to seeing him. Despite his clearly impaired health, he was always friendly, cheerful and upbeat. He was an inspiration, and seemed like a very nice man. I will miss him.
