Condolence From: Colleen Proulx DeGrace
Condolence: To all of Linda's family and friends, My condolences on the loss of the sweet lady. Although I had not seen Linda in years, I did get the chance to reconnect with her when she became a resident at Mercy Living Center. I saw the ravages of her disease take her further and further from reality but when I saw her and talked with her and called her Linda Staves there was always a brief moment of recognition and a small but fleeting smile. As one of your nurses, it was an honor to take care of you. I grew up with Linda and her family on Front Street. She was such a fun-loving friend running around the neighborhood with all our friends playing Kick the Can, Hide and Seek. RIP, sweet friend until I see you again.

Condolence From: Sue & Gary Allen
Condolence: Where do I begin in saying what a lovely person Linda was. She and I were traveling mates when we travel with my brother Ron and Arlene Baker on their trips to Myrtle Beach, SC. We loved to walk first thing in the morning on the beach together. We would walk for miles before we realize that we had to walk the same distance back to the condo. Then sitting on the beach no matter what the weather was like. One day the wind was blowing so bad that we were being sand blasted by the sand. But we stayed out until our niece would ask us if it was "Happy Hour Yet"! Lots of laughs and good memories we had together. Linda, you will be missed dearly by both my husband Gary and myself. Until we meet again. Rest in peace. God Be With You!!!!
