Obituary for Maurice J. Beausoleil
Maurice J. Beausoleil, 83, passed away at AMC Uihlein Living Center on October 31, 2016. Maurice was born November 28, 1932 in Tupper Lake. He was the son of Reule and Rose (Provost) Beausoleil. He attended local schools and worked as a self employed carpenter/painter. After retirement he owned and operated the Plaza Hotel. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing and the outdoors. He is survived by one son James of Tupper Lake, two daughters; Carrie of Florida and Gayle of Nevada. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, one sister Yvonne and two brothers, Brainard and Joseph. He was pre-deceased by a daughter Lori and brothers, Frank and Roland. There will be no calling hours. A graveside service is scheduled for 2 pm., Wednesday, November 9 at St. Alphonsus cemetery. Arrangements are with the Stuart-Fortune-Keough funeral home.
